I started Katie's Virtual Support because I know how much of a business happens behind the scenes. The invoices, messages, lists, follow-ups and little jobs matter, but they can quietly take over the time you meant to spend growing the business—or enjoying life beyond it.
My working days are about helping clients make room for both. I take care of the tasks that pile up in the background, working with care and common sense so you can trust that things are moving even when you're focused elsewhere.
I like getting to know the person behind each business. That helps me understand how you work, what matters to your customers and where support will make the biggest difference. Whether we're organising an inbox, keeping records in shape or bringing more consistency to your communications, I want working together to feel straightforward and reassuring.
BEYOND THE DESK
There's more to life
than the to-do list.
My business runs from a home office I put together myself using bits and bobs that were going to scrap. It has lots of personal touches, and there's usually coffee, the radio and two dogs nearby.
When I'm not working, I love gardening, baking, DIY, a good book and exploring the countryside. I enjoy open water swimming and try to get out in the lakes as often as I can. I'm not claiming to be brilliant at every hobby—I just think it matters to have time for the things you love.
That's the balance I want for my clients, too: a business that works hard without asking you to do everything yourself.
